If you change your Portal password at Pioneer Portal but do not log off of your Windows PC, then Outlook will begin repeatedly prompting you to enter your password. This is because Outlook attempts to first authenticate using the password you used to login to Windows with, which is now incorrect since it has been changed, then prompts you for a password so it may communicate with the Exchange server.

To correct this, log off the computer and then log back on using your new Portal password. Outlook will no longer prompt for a password once   you have logged into the PC with the new password.
