Need to relocate an office, workstation or peripheral devices to a new office or shared workspace? ITS Houston provides computer moves to minimize down times and ensure your workstation is ready when you are.

• Departments moving multiple workstations.

• Proper connection of all hardware and network access at the new location.
• Configuration check to ensure your system is fully operational.
• Scheduling support to minimize disruption to work. 
   

How to Request a Move

• Click Request Service to the right and complete the form.
• Enter information for all form fields
  • If your device has a tag number you do not need to enter a serial number (enter N/A for serial number)
  • If your device does not have a tag number, you must enter a serial number (enter N/A for tag)

Important Notes

• Computer move requests should be made at least 3 days in advance.
• You must enter a separate request for each workstation being moved, even if they are in the same room or are going to the same room.
