The Technology Support Request form serves as the primary point of contact for end users seeking assistance. The IT Solutions - Houston team is equipped to diagnose and resolve a wide range of issues, change requests, and service needs. This team consists of knowledgeable, service-oriented technicians dedicated to providing exceptional customer support and high-quality outcomes.

All interactions with the Houston on-site support team are documented in our ticketing system. As part of the resolution process, the team will coordinate with other Technology teams and relevant stakeholders as needed to ensure each request is addressed promptly, accurately, and thoroughly.

What We Provide

When you submit a Technology Service Request, IT will:
