This form is for external clients who are interested in renting event space on the Texas Woman's University Dallas Campus for an event.  *

Students and TWU departments must submit reservation requests through the TWU reservation system: Mazevo.   For assistance, please contact 940-898-3644.

Due to the university contract process, please submit requests for room/facility rentals at least 60 days prior to the event date.

If this is a personal event (like a family reunion), list the contact names.
The primary and secondary contacts are the only people who may make changes to the reservation.
