The Technology Support Request form serves as the single point of contact for end users. The TWU Dallas on-site technology support team is empowered to immediately diagnose and resolve a wide array of potential issues, change requests, and services. The team comprises well-trained, friendly analysts who are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and quality. All communications with the TWU Dallas on-site technology support team are recorded in a ticketing system. When pursuing a solution, the TWU Dallas on-site technology support team will facilitate work with other Technology teams as necessary to ensure that the issue or request is promptly and adequately addressed.
