Before you hit request - have you tried turning it off and on again? This will resolve most issues, and will be the first thing I will ask you to try before troubleshooting. IF that didn't work, please be sure to gather as much info as possible and continue to the form.
Please be specific! Was there an errror message? What is the exact text of the message (screenshots/photos are great here)? Is the error appearing on the cash register, or is it on the credit card machine, or even the kitchen display screens? All of these mean different things, and even slight changes in error messages can change what the actual issue is. By being specific, it helps us to resolve the issue FASTER for you!
