Building Schedule Change Requests
Schedule change requests may be submitted by faculty and staff only. Before submitting, have the following information ready:
- Building number
- Room number
- Purpose of the change
- Effective date or date range — this applies to both one-time events and recurring schedule changes such as summer or holiday hours
While there is no strict lead time requirement, submitting at least 48 hours in advance is strongly recommended to ensure the change is processed before it is needed.
