Laptop Upgrade Process

Individuals should create a service request to schedule an appointment for the work to be completed. Upon confirmation of the appointment, the TWU-owned device may be dropped-off at MCL 221 Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (techs will confirm a drop-off or pick-up location for Dallas and Houston). Laptops dropped off without a scheduled appointment will be updated in rotation with existing ticket requests.

Individuals may also connect to https://techchat.twu.edu/ to receive support from a technician. To best support the University during the first two weeks of the semester, only two (2) laptop upgrades will be processed by chat each day.

Mobile Device Upgrade Process

Devices dropped off without a scheduled appointment will be updated in rotation with all existing ticket requests.

Students in Denton may use STAR for laptop support.
