Student Self-Service and Student Planning

Self-Service is a component of TWU’s student information system. Students have access to their user account information, registration, financial information (billing, account balance, etc), academic information (current class schedules, grades, unofficial transcript). In 2019, students will also have access to financial aid information and forms.

Student Planning is a component of TWU’s student information system known as Ellucian Colleague.  Students can:

• Monitor progress, identify required courses and conduct what-if analyses to evaluate alternative degree programs
• Plan courses, select courses and sections, and register
• Work and communicate with advisors
• Access their account information, view grades, unofficial transcript, view financial statements, request enrollment verifications & official transcripts
