Service Summary
Web conference as a service is provided to support groups needing to connect classrooms in various locations, along with connecting business (administrative) meetings from conference room to conference room. IT Solutions has a finite number of available licenses to support both classroom and administrative web conference connections; therefore, it is important this service is scheduled two weeks in advance.
**Special academic accommodations for individual students will need to be submitted through departmental Chairs to their Deans for consultation with IT Solutions prior to submitting a request for this service**

Cost
There is no charge for using current web conference technology for University-related business.
