Background

The system allows faculty, staff and students to sign up for an event that includes meeting the Chancellor.  The system requires a log on through Pioneer Portal, to gather the Job Title, position, major and other data about the person who is signing up.

Three parts to the system:

• A web form that the user submits ot sign up for an event.
• A database that holds the sign ups.
• A SQL report in the "Chancellor" folder that shows the sign up data (including Major, Job Position, etc.)
