All guidance and counseling is confidential for you and your family. Alliance Work Partners (AWP) adheres to all applicable state and federal confidentiality laws.

We strictly protect the right to privacy for all employees and their family members. It’s easy to obtain help and guidance from the EAP! Simply call the toll free number 1-800-343-3822 anytime and ask to speak to one of AWP professionals or to set an appointment with an EAP counselor. During the face-to-face session, a licensed counselor will discuss objective, appropriate solutions to your problems.

There are never any charges to participants for EAP services. Assessment visits, crisis intervention counseling, and short-term counseling are provided free of charge. Fees for any additional help, which may be recommended, are usually based on what you can afford and in some cases, may be covered by insurance or other benefits.
