How to Access TWU Billing & Tax Forms (1098-T) in CashNet

Overview:
Students can view billing statements and tax forms (1098-T) through the TWU CashNet payment portal. It is important to select the correct login option to avoid access issues.

Instructions:

1. Go to the CashNet login page: https://commerce.cashnet.com/cashneti/static/epayment/twupay/login
2. On the login screen, you will see more than one sign-in options.

3. Select:

   👉 “Sign in with @twu.edu”

   
   ⚠️ Do NOT use the top login option.

   • The top login is for parents/guardians or authorized users only
   • Students will not be able to access their account using that option
4. Enter your TWU email address and password when prompted.
5. Once logged in, you can:
   • View account balances
   • Make payments
   • Access your 1098-T tax form

Troubleshooting:

• Forgot your password?
  Reset your password at portal.twu.edu, then try logging in again
• Still can’t access your account?
  Make sure you are selecting “Sign in with @twu.edu” and not the authorized user login
• Page not loading correctly?
  Try a different browser, clear cache, or use a personal device/network
