Review Missing and Outstanding Employee Timecards (For Managers)

Supervisors should periodically review employee timecards for the fiscal year to identify any missing timecards and those requiring action (E.g., Entered, Saved, Submitted, In Error, Rejected) for the current fiscal year.

Access Team Timecards:

Step 1) Log in to Oracle Cloud.

Step 2) Navigate to My Team > Team Activity Center.

Step 3) Select Team Actions > View More.

Step 4) Under Time Management, select Team Time Cards.

Tip: Select the thumbtack icon next to Team Time Cards to add it to your Quick Actions menu for easier access.

Review Timecards:

  1. Change the date range to 9/1 – Current Date.
  2. Review all employee timecards for:
    • Missing timecards
    • Timecards with statuses requiring action, including:
      • Entered
      • Saved
      • Submitted
      • In Error
      • Rejected
  3. Use the Status filter to view specific timecard statuses as needed.

Note: There is no filter for Missing timecards. Supervisors must review each employee's timecard periods to identify any missing submissions.
