Adobe Acrobat web app:
After your Acrobat license has been granted. To use the license, you can ignore the email from Adobe. Select Acrobat web app link and click the Sign In button in the upper right. Choose the Continue with Google option using your TWU email address. Choose Company or School Account. Choose TWU Named Acrobat (if more than one option is available) . This should log you into Acrobat web app.
Should you have any issues accessing the features in the Acrobat web app we recommend trying to sign-out the Adobe Acrobat web app entirely and sign out of your Google account. Close all browser tabs, especially those with Adobe.com open and then re-open your web browser and sign back in. This has resolved a few instances where even after the license is issued our faculty/staff may not seemingly have access.
This is not a free option. It is intended to replace your existing paid license downloaded on to your desk top.
