Copy a Saved Search in 25Live

This article explains how to copy a saved search in 25Live, allowing you to create a new version without altering the original. It provides step-by-step instructions for accessing saved searches, running them, and saving a duplicate for future use or modification.

You can make a copy of a saved search in 25Live to modify or reuse it without altering the original.

1. Navigate to the Search section by selecting Go to Search in the top navigation bar, or use the Search link in the More menu.
2. Select the area you want to search in (e.g., Events, Locations, Resources, Organizations).
3. Open the adjacent drop-down menu to view:
   • Pre-Defined Groups of searches
   • Your Starred Searches
   • All of Your Searches
4. Choose the saved search you want to copy and click Search to run it.
5. After running the search, click the Save As link to save a copy with a new name.
