This report provides the TWU Hiring Manager with an excel spreadsheet listing of all active applicants on any given requisition, and their individual answers to the application's pre-screening questions. This will be a valuable tool as the Hiring Manager begins to prepare for interviews on a search.

This report provides the TWU Hiring Manager with an excel spreadsheet listing of all active applicants on any given requisition, and their individual answers to the application's pre-screening questions. This will be a valuable tool as the Hiring Manager begins to prepare for interviews on a search. While the Hiring Manager can currently see this information by clicking into an individual applicant, the Hiring Manager will now also be able to use this report to scan the entire list of applicants at one time to:
- quickly identify which applicants elected a veteran's preference
- quickly identify which applicants elected a foster youth preference
- quickly identify which applicants indicated they would need sponsorship now or in the future
- quickly identify which applicants may fall under TWU's Nepotism-Employment of Relatives policy 05.215
- (coming soon) view each applicant's salary requirement

- From your Oracle Cloud home screen, find "Tools" on the header toolbar. Click on "Tools" and then click on the "Report and Analytics" tile.
When the Reports and Analytics screen opens, click "Browse Catalog" icon at the top right of the screen.
- In the folder tree on the left of the screen, click "Shared Folders", then "Custom", then "Reports", then "Hiring Management Reports". You'll see a report option come up in the main panel called "TWU Supplemental Applicant Data - Restricted Report". Double click on "TWU Supplemental Applicant Data - Restricted Report". PRO TIP - Favorite this report by clicking "Favorites" at the top right of your screen in the blue toolbar.

- Use the down arrow to either find the requisition(s) you want to view, or use the down arrow to click on the "search" function. Either way, you can choose one or multiple requisitions. Click apply to generate the excel spreadsheet where you can see the applicants and their pre-screening answers on the requisition(s) you selected.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: Should you choose to share this spreadsheet with a search committee chair, please delete driver's license information before sharing, as this is sensitive information.
