1. Navigate to My Client Groups > Employment Info:

2. Next, search by name, person number, or assignment number and filter by assignment status:

3. Select the assignment you wish to edit, then use the three dots menu "..." to perform your desired action:


4. Select all toggles until you know what information they control better:

5. Complete the "When and Why" section as follows:
- When does the assignment change start? Date.
- What's the way to change the assignment? Assignment Change.
- Why are you changing the assignment? Select the most appropriate option.
- Business unit? Texas Woman's University BU.
- Position? Position code must be used from the position report.

6. Complete the position override section as follows:
- Assignment? Current position.
- Position? The proposed changes based off of the position code used fills in automatically to assignment as highlighted below:


7. Review or update the following fields:
- Assignment status
- Person type
- Primary assignment. Yes or no.
- Grant Assignment? If yes, routes to grant approver.
- Regular or temporary? If yes, routes to budgetary approver.
- Full-time or part-time.
- Working hours. Weekly impacts the FTE.
- Pay class. Based on position type.
- Appointment start and appointment end date. For use on hourly positions ONLY.

- Course Information
- Assignment Information
- Comments

8. Use the pencil icon to change the manager. Please note: You can only list one line manager per assignment.

9. Save your progress and changes via the "save" button:

10. Input the payroll details. Please note: Transfer to a new payroll frequency ONLY if they are changing salary basis.

11. Change/update the salary:

12. Add any direct reports to the employee, if applicable:

13. Add any comments or attachments to assignment change, if applicable:

14. Submit. You have now completed this change assignment process!
