1. Navigate to My Client Groups > Employment Info:

2. Search for the assignment by name, person number, or assignment number and filter by the assignment status.

3. Select the assignment that you wish to edit and use the three dots menu "..." to perform the desired action:


4. Select the assignment to terminate that is not primary. If you need to terminate a primary assignment, contact HRRecords@twu.edu for guidance:

5. Select all toggles until you understand what each toggle controls better:

6. Complete the "When and Why" section by answering the following categories:
- Termination Notification Date. Date of submission.
- Termination Date. Final day of work.
- What are you terminating? Assignment (To end the non-primary assignment).

7. Complete the termination action and termination reason sections:
- Termination action. End Assignment.
- Termination reason. Select the most appropriate option.
