1. Navigate to My Team > Team Activity Center
2. You are now on the Team Activity Center's main page, and can find the names of each of your employee(s) listed under "Team":
3. The "Team Actions" is a customizable drop down for different actions available in the Team Activity Center. To customize, select Team Actions then view more:
4. The available options for actions will now appear under quick actions. Click each pin to darken them, which allows you to add the items to the quick actions drop down menu. To deselect, click the darken box once more:
5. By selecting the three dot "..." icon by the employee names, you can also bring up a quick actions menu that can be further customized for ease of use:
