This Excel spreadsheet allows F12 faculty members to calculate five months of merit for the 9-month contract period and view how the merit payments will be distributed across the eight remaining paychecks in FY25, up to August 31, 2025. Additionally, it demonstrates how the adjusted salary, including merit, is temporarily entered in Oracle Cloud to ensure accurate salary and merit payments for the remaining eight months.
