Background

TWU offers access to student data through Oracle SQL Developer.  

Process

1. Submit a TDX Ticket to request access

2. Requester MUST have the following:

    a. Completed FERPA training

    b. Supervisor Approval

    c. Data Owner Approval (Registrar's Office)

3. End User Computing to install SQL Developer on User's Desktop.  (Note: Laptops connected to VPN are not allowed.  If user works remote, they must RDP into their desktop, and if they do not have a desktop, a separate ticket should be submitted to ITS-Platforms to have a virtual desktop created.)

4. Data Warehouse & Integrations to created user access for read-only access to Student Data.
