Background

TWU offers access to student data through Oracle SQL Developer.  

Process

1. Submit a TDX Ticket to request access

2. Requester MUST have the following:

    a. Completed FERPA training

    b. Supervisor Approval

    c. Data Owner Approval (Registrar's Office)

3. End User Computing to install SQL Developer on User's Desktop or Laptop connected to a docking station.  (Note: Laptops connected to Virtual Private Network (VPN) are not allowed, Wireless access is not allowed)

4. Data Warehouse & Integrations will create a user account for read-only access to Student Data.
