How To: Create a Subscription to Maintenance Notifications

1. Logon to the Oracle Console

2. Go to "Notifications" -> "Topics" (Search for "Notifications" and click the "Notifications" for "Application Integration" link)

3. If no topics are displayed, change the Compartment from "ewal (root)" to "migrated_fusion_environment_EWAL"

4. In the Topic listing, select the topic that matches the environment where you want to create / manage subscriptions.  (i.e. for EWAL (Production), select the "EWAL_Fusion_Application_Topic").  The "Topic Details" screen is displayed.

5. To add a new subscription, click the "Create Subscription" button.  A side panel will display the "Create Subscription" dialog.  Select the Protocol (email) and enter the Email Address, click "Create".

NOTES

* When a subscription is created for "Email" protocol, a confirmation email is sent.  The subscription is in a "Pending" state until the confirmation email is replied to. To resend the confirmation email, use the "3 dots" menu to the right of the subscription to resend the confirmation email.  The usual rules apply (check the Junk/Spam folder) for this email.
