Background
When submitting an SR with Oracle, you may be asked to collect logs. There are several types of logs that can be gathered. IT Solutions can assist with this process, but often the logging needs to be collected by the end-user performing the task. The basic steps are as follows:
- Turn on logging
- Perform the action to reproduce the issue
- Turn off logging and attach the collected log file to the SR
