View Assignment Information in Oracle Cloud

Many Texas Woman's employees have more than one active assignment view. These instructions guide an employee to see all of their assignments.

Log into Oracle Cloud  (Oracle Cloud login – oracle.twu.edu).

The path in Oracle Cloud to view the assignment information is: Me > Show More

Then, under Employment, Select Employment Info

Select the Assignment to View from the Dropdown

View Assignment Information

Among other items, you can see the Business Title, FTE, Pay Class, and Active Assignment.

Definitions of Assignment Status:

• Active Assignment: The current assignment of an employee.  Note: employees can have multiple assignments at the same time.
• Terminated Assignment: The assignment has been ended.
• Dormant Assignment: The assignment is in suspense mode and will not be processed for payroll.
• Leave Without Pay: The employee has exhausted PTO and is out on leave without pay.
• Leave With Pay: The employee is out on extended leave while being paid.
