RingCentral Block Spam or Robo Calls

Summary

RingCentral allows each user to block specific numbers.

Body

  1. Log in to your RingCentral Online account.
  2. Go to Settings > Screening, Greetings, & Hold Music.
  3. Click Blocked Calls.
  4. Under Block option, click drop-down list and select Specific calls and faxes.
  5. Enter Phone Numbers or Area Codes in the text box under Only block these numbers or area codes.
  6. Click Add and Save the changes.
