If a user receives an error that the software can't be used in a virtual environment:
- Click the Start Menu
- Locate "Device Manager"
- Look for any references to VM or Virtual Machine drivers
- If found, uninstall and reboot the device and it should function
- If no VM drivers found, the user will need to contact Respondus support directly
