Outlook: New Employees missing from Directory in Desktop Outlook

Steps to turn off cache mode to update Directory to show new employees

Body

1. Close Outlook
2. Click Start, Control Panel, Mail (change to small icons if the Mail icon does not display)
3. Click E-mail Accounts
4. Click the twu.edu email account
5. Click Change 
6. Uncheck the Use Cached Exchange Mode
7. Click on Next
8. Click Finish
9. Reopen Outlook and Directory, search for the new employee
