OnBase Web Client - “Another session is currently active” Error

This error occurs in Safari and Chrome when OnBase is closed without logging off.

FYI - It only impacts that specific browser on that specific computer.

Workaround/Resolution

Log in on a different computer, via a different web browser (though Chrome is the recommended browser for OnBase Web), or restart the computer.

The best practice is to Logout of OnBase using the drop-down arrow to the right of your name in in the upper-right corner.
