ACD - Setting Your Personal Prompts

  1. Open the Options menu.
  2. Click Configuration.
  3. Click to expand the Calls node.
  4. Click Personal Prompts.
  5. In the Personal Prompts properties details pane, make selections as described in Personal Prompts Options.
  6. Click the button of the prompt you want to record. The Interaction Client will initiate a telephone call to your station.
  7. Pick up the call and record the prompt.
  8. From here, the user may:
    • Press 1 on the telephone to end the recording. 
    • Click the Preview button to review a recorded prompt.
    • Click the Reset button to return a prompt to a generic recording.
  9. Click Apply to save your selections.
  10. Click OK to close the Configuration dialog box.
