Staff Performance Evaluation Timeline - 2019/2020

In an effort to provide employees and supervisors a manageable timeline during this pandemic period, we have delayed the staff performance evaluation process start date, provided for flexible targeted completion dates and expanded the completion period. In general, employees and supervisors should follow these targeted dates to remain on track, with a final completion date of September 30, 2020.

Staff Performance Evaluation Activities

June 22 – June 30, 2020

  • Online supervisor/employee refresher training


July 1 – July 17, 2020

  • Self-Appraisals entered by employees (1st level supervisors may begin evaluations as soon as Self-Appraisals are complete)

July 20 – August 31, 2020

  • Performance Evaluations entered by 1st level supervisors (2nd level supervisors may begin approval as soon as evaluations are entered)

September 1 – September 11, 2020

  • Performance Evaluations reviewed and approved by 2nd level supervisors

September 14 – September 30, 2020

  • Performance Evaluation meetings with employees

 

Notes and Rules:

  • The 2019/2020 Performance Evaluation review period is June 1, 2019 – May 31, 2020
  • Supervisors will complete a performance evaluation for all regular full-time and regular part-time employees hired prior to May 1, 2020
  • Timeline subject to change
