Zoom Join A Meeting


  1. Navigate to https://twu-edu.zoom.us/
  2. Click Sign In
  3. Click Sign in with SSO 
  4. Enter TWU email and password 
  5. Enter TWU-Edu 
  6. Click Continue
  7. By role:
    1. Hosts
      1. click Upcoming Meetings
      2. In the Topic column click the meeting name/link
      3. Hosts click Start Meeting 
      4. Select audio option
    2. Participants
      1. Click Join a meeting
      2. Enter Meeting ID
      3. Click Join
      4. Click Open Zoom Meetings 
      5. Enter passcode if required
      6. Select with or without video 
      7. Select audio option

From a calendar invite

  1. Click the meeting link.
  2. Authorize the use of the microphone and webcam.
  3. Open Zoom launcher
  4. Join a meeting by role:
    1. Hosts click Start Meeting.
    2. Participants click Join Meeting with Computer Audio

From the mobile app

  1. Open Zoom app and click Join a meeting
  2. Enter Meeting ID and click Join
  3. Enter password and click Continue
  4. Click Join with Video
